By accessing or using Isselo POS software ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Isselo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes during the subscription period.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3.2. Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period.

3.3. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

3.4. Isselo reserves the right to change the subscription fees upon renewal.

4. User Account

4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3. You must immediately notify Isselo of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Data

5.1. You retain all rights to your data inputted into the Service.

5.2. You grant Isselo a license to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3. You are responsible for backing up your data.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Sell, resell, or lease the Service

7. Termination

7.1. Isselo may terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8.2. Isselo makes no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Isselo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.2. In no event will Isselo's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

Isselo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
