1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the isselo application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Definitions

• "isselo" refers to the isselo POS software application and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual or business entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the User to access the Service.
• "Content" refers to all data, text, images, and other materials uploaded or generated through the Service.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use isselo's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Subscription and Payments

isselo offers subscription-based plans including Monthly and 3 Year plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the chosen plan
• You must maintain valid and up-to-date payment information
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers
• Add-on features are billed separately as per their listed pricing
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Hardware purchases (e.g., thermal printers) are non-refundable once shipped
• Refund requests for annual or multi-year plans will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your business data is stored securely with encryption during transmission and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. isselo includes offline mode functionality, but cloud-based features require an active internet connection. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and software associated with isselo are owned by us and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data you input into the Service. By using isselo, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than delivering our services to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, isselo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless isselo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

isselo may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, Swiggy, and Zomato. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
